DHARAMSHALA:- Dharamshala is very beautiful place and also very famous place in all over world. And sometime Dharamshala is also spelled by Dharamsala. Formly it was known as Bhagsu. Dharamshala is a municipal corporation city in the upper reaches of the Kangra Valley and is surrounded by dense coniferous forest consisting mainly of stately Deodhar cedar trees. This place is also famous for its Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium (2003), which offers opportunities to the youth of state to prepare for their future in the game.

The Tibetan settlement of Dharamshala began in 1959, Dharamshala had been connected with Hinduism and Buddhism for a long time, many monastries having been established there in the past, by Tibetan immigrants in the 19th century. The place is known for its various attractions including the residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. The place is one of the most frequented spots in Dharamshala and is Famous for its Tibetan culture, handicrafts and temples.

Tsuglagkhang Complex:- Located on the Temple Road, the Tsuglagkhang Complex is a religious center and one of the important points of interest in Dharamshala. It was built when His Holiness the Dalai Lama visited India for the first time in 1959. The complex is one of the most important places to see in Dharamshala. Nowadays, this complex also houses public and private sessions of Dalai Lama along with numerous Tibetan dance and music performances.

Namgyal Monastry:- Namgyal Monastery is currently located in Mcleod Ganj, Dharamsala, India. It is the personal monastery of the 14th Dalai Lama. Another name for this temple-complex is Namgyal Tantric College. Namgyal Monastery is also the home of the Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama and the largest Tibetan temple outside Tibet. The Namgyal Monastery was first established by the 3rd Dalai Lama in 1575 in Tibet and was relocated to Dharamshala following the Tibetan uprising in 1959. The monastery currently houses around 200 Tibetan monks, who help preserve the monastery’s ancient rituals, artistic skills and traditions. The beauty of this monastery is so evident that even those who are not particularly inclined towards this religion will be fascinated by the serene ambience all around and by the imposing figures of the Buddha.

Kareri Lake:- This glacial Kareri lake trek will take you through a journey of the most scenic views. Kareri Lake trek was a part of the tour through Himachal Pradesh. Kareri lake is best known for being a trekking destination in the Dhauladhars. The lake remains frozen from early December to March–April. There is a one temple which is dedicated to Lord Shiva and Shakti on a hilltop overlooking the lake. Snow melting from the Dhauladhar range serves as the source of the lake and a stream, Nyund is the outflow. Since the source is fresh melting snow and the lake is shallow, water visibility is very high and in most places, the lake bed can be seen.

Bhagsunag Temple:- The height of this waterfall is aproxximately 20metres. This enchanting waterfall is located about 11 kms from Dharamshala. It is one of the best tourist attractions in Dharamshala. Tourists can take a dip in the chilly water of this fall and visit the Bhagsunag temple to seek blessing of Lord Shiva. The Bhagsunag Fall falls on the way to Triund, so the tourists can continue with their journey to Triund once they visit this elegant fall. Though, this spectacular waterfall lies a little distance away from the town of Dharamshala, the tourists make sure that they visit this spot, which is also an important place for Hindu pilgrims.
